Dr Stacy Gandolfi - Hypnobirthing SpecialistDr Stacy Gandolfi is a Counselling Psychologist and trained hypnobirthing practitioner. She has extensive experience working as a therapist helping people address a range of concerns. These include anxiety and depression. Specialising in life transitions, Stacy has worked with women and couples experiencing difficulties surrounding fertility and childbirth. As a result, this naturally progressed to her interest in hypnobirthing. Having had her own child this way, Stacy has experienced the joys of giving birth in a calm, confident and positive environment.

Using her experience and psychological training, Stacy will tailor a hypnobirthing programme responsive to your unique needs. She incorporates all you and your birthing partner need to know in order to feel calm, confident and in control as you give birth. You will understand the importance of trusting your body and learn how to release fear and build confidence. This ensures that you are free to enjoy the positive aspects of pregnancy and childbirth and can make the most of this unique experience.

My Yoga Mama practice keeps me balanced, energised and sane. It takes a huge effort to drag myself out of bed on a Saturday morning. After practice, the stress and strains of the past week disappear and I feel strong enough to take on the world.
