Massage is an effective treatment to alleviate the symptoms of stress and anxiety that couples experience before and during fertility treatments. It is a safe and non-invasive treatment to improve general health, emotional and physical well-being.

Various pressure points and massage techniques can be used to balance the body and help restore homeostasis and massaging the abdominal area boosts circulation and helps lymphatic flow.

Throughout your fertility treatment we recommend gentle massage that avoids areas and acupressure points on the body that correspond to hormone glands and reproductive organs, preventing any interference with hormonal treatments.
