HEALTH AND FITNESS WORKSHOPS

Yoga Mama Wellness strongly believes that prevention is the best way to stay injury-free. With this is mind, we run monthly health and fitness workshops and short courses in conjunction with our partners at The Putney Clinic of Physical Therapy. If you are looking for a way to relax or something a little more dynamic, we have something for you. In addition to this, we run periodic public educational talks.
