YOGA, PILATES AND TAI CHI SERVICES

Yoga Mama Wellness runs a broad selection of general and rehabilitational yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi courses at our studio in Putney. This is a quiet space where you can further your favourite practice with our dedicated team of highly qualified teachers. Class are deliberately kept small (8-12 on average) so as to allow for individual attention while creating sense of community. In addition to this, we regularly run yoga, Pilates and fitness workshops. These are generally suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility, as props and modifications are used in case of injury.
