GENERAL PILATES

Our general mat-based Pilates classes are aimed at conditioning and strengthening the body. In addition to this, we also look to restore and maintain correct postural alignment, focusing on developing strength in the core muscles in the abdomen and lower back. Our small group mat Pilates classes enable you to get personal attention. They are particularly suitable for those who are returning to exercise or recovering from injuries.

REMEDIAL PILATES

Remedial Pilates classes are aimed at complete beginners to Pilates or those that are recovering from injury. Prior to undertaking a remedial Pilates course, we ask students to complete a brief questionnaire. This is essential as it enables teachers to discover individual needs. More importantly still, it allows them to offer suitable options within the class.

Yoga Mama Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training School runs Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training courses and Postnatal and Fertility CPD (Continued Personal Development) workshops. These courses and workshops are fully accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
