GENERAL YOGA CLASSES

Our general yoga classes are suitable for all levels; whether you are new to yoga or want to deepen and develop your knowledge and understanding of the practice. This class is a combination of different yoga techniques. We look at posture and breath work, as well as mediation and relaxation techniques. In addition, we explore how a yoga practice can stretch the body and quieten a busy mind, thus encouraging greater peace and happiness.

Our general yoga classes are led by Senior Yoga Teacher Cherie Lathey. They are suitable for all levels of skill and experience. Yoga Baba is an independent organic clothing company for babies. In collaboration with a London artist and yogi, we have produced our own unique range of baby clothing made from 100% organic cotton. These feature illustrated prints inspired by yoga and nature.
