Marcia Da Silva, Fitness InstructorMarcia Da Silva is a Postnatal Fitness Instructor at Yoga Mama Wellness. She has been working in the world of fitness for more than 8 years. During her journey as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, she has worked with a variety of clients; from those recovering from injury, to those looking to build strength and tackle body confidence issues.

She discovered Pilates when she was looking to develop a training strategy in order to work with people of all ages and body types. In addition to this, Marcia is a qualified pregnancy and postnatal Pilates teacher. Marcia believes that the best part of being a fitness instructor/personal trainer is being able to encourage others to achieve their own fitness goals and find confidence in themselves.
