TAI CHI TEACHER
Michael Burke is a Tai Chi teacher. He began studying Tai Chi in 1999 and also Shaolin Kung Fu since 2009. In this time, he has developed a deep understanding of how these traditional Chinese exercises can improve health, happiness and longevity.
Michael is an instructor for the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain and also with the British Health Qigong Association. He has learned the popular Yang Style Tai Chi and Medical Qigong movements from highly acclaimed Masters of these Chinese health systems.
Here at Yoga Mama Wellness, Michael teaches our group Tai Chi classes. He is also available for 1:1 sessions.
