JUST MAMAS FITNESS

This Just Mamas Fitness class is for mamas only. It is a postnatal fitness class that combines strength, toning and conditioning exercises; as well as providing an hour of "me time" for mamas. The class is led by a specialist Postnatal Fitness instructor, who is also a highly qualified Pilates teacher. Please note that babies do not attend this class.

At present, we are not running group these classes online or in-studio. However, if you would like to register your interest, please send an email to info@yogamama.co.uk.  1:1 Postnatal Fitness sessions are available upon request. See below for more details.

1:1 SESSIONS

At this time, we are unable to take online bookings for private classes. If you would like to book a 1:1 session,  please call us on 07939 589 083 or send an email to info@yogamama.co.uk. We offer single sessions and block bookings of 5 and 10 session. There is a 10% discount on blocks of 10 sessions. For prices, visit our Timetable and Prices page.
