A safe, fun, low-impact exercise class, which is gentle on the joints and suitable for the mature student wishing to maintain or improve fitness levels. Using a number of different exercise techniques, we will work on the following:

  • Strength
  • Muscle tone
  • Balance
  • Coordination, flexibility & mobility

This class will be run by experienced Fitness instructor and Pilates teacher Emily Altneu. To discover when these classes run during the week, please consult our timetable.
