Our Level 1 Rehab Pilates classes use corrective exercises to build strength and core stability. The classes have been designed specifically designed for:

  • Absolute beginners to Pilates.
  • Those returning to Pilates after a long absence.
  • People who are returning to exercise following injury.
  • Those who managing a health condition.

If you already practise Pilates, we would recommend you try out our Gentle Pilates classes.


These classes are suitable for those who are recovering from an injury or are managing a health condition. At the present time, we are not running this as group classes. However, 1:1 tuition is available upon request. For more information, see below.


At this time, we are unable to take online bookings for private classes. If you would like to book a 1:1 session,  please call us on 07939 589 083 or send an email to info@yogamama.co.uk. We offer single sessions and block bookings of 5 and 10 sessions. There is a 10% discount on blocks of 10 sessions. For prices, visit our Timetable and Prices page.


At present we are unable to take class bookings or accept cash payments at our reception. Therefore, students must make all bookings and payments via our online booking system. Enrolment closes 60 minutes before classes are due to commence, so we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment.
