Postnatal Pilates classes are ideal for women looking to regain fitness after pregnancy and childbirth. There is a strong focus on working the core muscles that become weakened during pregnancy. These classes are suitable for women from six weeks after giving birth, or after their postpartum check-up. We strongly recommend against women participating in postnatal Pilates classes before this time.
POSTNATAL PILATES WITH YOGA MAMA WELLNESS
Yoga Mama Wellness specialises in Postnatal Pilates at our studio in Putney, south-west London. We keep our classes small deliberately, with an average of 8-12 students per class. This allows for individual attention and support from our team of highly qualified and experienced teachers, while also promoting a sense of community.
At present, there are no Postnatal Pilates classes running at Yoga Mama Wellness. However, to register your interest, please send an email to email@example.com. To see our other postnatal classes, please consult our timetable. We offer drop in places at a cost of £17 (subject to availability) and class passes (bundles of 6 classes) cost £90. 1-2-1 Postnatal Pilates classes are available on request. My Yoga Mama practice keeps me balanced, energised and sane. It takes a huge effort to drag myself out of bed on a Saturday morning. After practice, the stress and strains of the past week disappear and I feel strong enough to take on the world.Karen Gill MBE
