Cathy Sage, Breastfeeding CounsellorCathy Sage is Breastfeeding Counsellor. She trained with leading experts and has undertaken the UNICEF course in Breastfeeding Management. In addition, she is also a qualified NCT Breastfeeding Counsellor. She has over twelve years of experience and has supported hundreds of mothers to feed their babies.

​In addition to her feeding visits, Cathy works weekly as an infant feeding supporter at St George’s Hospital and at the Heathbridge GP Practice, and is a qualified and busy antenatal teacher. She has provided breast and bottle feeding workshops for over 1000 women, and has experienced the highs and lows of breastfeeding her own two children.

Cathy works with women to find solutions that work for them and their families. She believes in providing impartial, practical advice which is tailored to mothers and their baby. Cathy will provide support, whether you wish to exclusively breastfeed, mixed feed, or bottle-feed.

Cathy is also a qualified postnatal doula, and can offer longer term postnatal support in your home should you need it.


Yoga Mama Teacher Training


The Yoga Mama Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training School runs teacher training courses and Postnatal and Fertility CPD (Continued Personal Development) workshops. All courses and workshops are accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.

Yoga Baba Clothing


This is an independent organic clothing company for babies. In collaboration with a London artist and yogi, we have produced our own unique range of baby clothing made from 100% organic cotton. These feature illustrated prints inspired by yoga and nature.

The award-winning Putney Clinic of Physical Therapy is a multidisciplinary centre is located within The Putneymead Group Medical Practice facility. It provides a complete cycle of care, from the treatment of pain and injury rehabilitation to mind-body well-being.
