OUR YOGA CLASSES
We specialise in Pregnancy and Postnatal (Mum and Baby) Yoga. In addition, we offer Yin, Yoga Flow, Ashtanga, Restorative and Fertility Yoga classes. Our classes are led by our dedicated team of highly qualified teachers. We deliberately keep our classes small so as to allow individual attention. With an average of 6-12 students per class, this also helps us to build a sense of community within the classroom. Please note that our Pregnancy classes are suitable for women in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy (after 12 weeks). We offer group classes both online and in-studio. 1:1 tuition is also available upon request.

BOOKING A CLASS
Places on our in-studio group classes are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis. At present, we are unable to take class bookings or payments at our reception. This means that in order to attend a class, you will need to book your space in advance using our online booking system. Please do not attend the studio without a valid class booking. Please note that enrolment on our classes closes 60 minutes before advertised class start times. Therefore, we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment.

1:1 YOGA CLASSES
We offer private 1:1 Yoga classes both online and in the studio. These sessions are not available to book online. To book a 1:1 session, please send an email to Cherie Lathey on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07939 589 083.
