Breathing and Birth Preparation Workshop at Yoga Mama Wellness

This breathing and birth preparation workshop combines breathing techniques and birth preparation yoga. It is led by yoga teacher Diane King. The workshop has been designed for women who are in the final stages of pregnancy (from week 32 onwards). This is a time when mums to be most need to quieten the mind, let go of time pressures and constant doing.

Our Breathing and Birth preparation workshop lasts 2 hours, during which we will cover the following topics:

  • The natural physiology of birth
  • Yoga movement & birth positions
  • Breathing practices
  • Restorative relaxation

To discover when our next Breathing and Birth Preparation workshop will take place, please consult our workshop timetable. The workshop costs £40 and you can book your place online or by calling us on 020 8789 3881.

My Yoga Mama practice keeps me balanced, energised and sane. It takes a huge effort to drag myself out of bed on a Saturday morning. After practice, the stress and strains of the past week disappear and I feel strong enough to take on the world.
