PILATES AT YOGA MAMA WELLNESS
At Yoga Mama Wellness we offer a number of Pilates services. We specialise in Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates. However, we also offer general mat-based classes, Rehabilitation Pilates classes and occasionally workshops. With a dedicated team of highly qualified teachers, we deliberately keep our classes small (6-12 on average). This allows us provide individual attention, while building a sense of community.

If you are looking for private classes, 1:1 online and in-studio tuition is available upon request. Machine-based Reformer Pilates sessions are also available through our colleagues at The Putney Clinic of Physical Therapy.

BOOKING A CLASS
Places on our in-studio group classes are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis. At present, we are unable to take class bookings or payments at our reception. This means that in order to attend a class, you will need to book your space in advance using our online booking system. Please note that enrolment on our classes closes 60 minutes before advertised class start times. Therefore, we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment. Please do not attend the studio without a valid class booking.
