PILATES AT YOGA MAMA WELLNESS

At Yoga Mama Wellness we offer a number of Pilates services at our studio in Putney, south-west London. We specialise in Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates. However, we also offer general mat-based classes, Rehabilitation Pilates classes and workshops, and machine-based Reformer Pilates sessions. With a dedicated team of highly qualified teachers, we deliberately keep our classes small (8-12 on average) to allow for individual attention and a sense of community. In addition to our group classes, we also provide 1-2-1 Pilates classes.

The Yoga Mama Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training School runs teacher training courses and Postnatal and Fertility CPD (Continued Personal Development) workshops. All courses and workshops are accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.

This is an independent organic clothing company for babies. In collaboration with a London artist and yogi, we have produced our own unique range of baby clothing made from 100% organic cotton. These feature illustrated prints inspired by yoga and nature.
