Below you will find the pricing options for Yoga Mama Wellness group classes. You can book single classes, as well as purchase passes for 5 and 10 classes. 10 class passes have a 10% discount.

Restorative Yoga workshops are available to purchase as single sessions or as a block of four.


Yoga Mama Wellness 1:1 sessions are valid in-studio and online. They are available to purchase as single sessions and blocks of 5 and 10 sessions. 10 sessions passes have a 10% discount. Please note that 1:1 sessions are not available to book online. If you would like to book a 1:1 class, please send an email to info@yogamama.co.uk or call 07939 589 083.


We have reduced our in studio class capacity to 6 in order to allow correct (1m+) social distancing. We kindly request students follow the guidelines below.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled class and use a face covering in all communal areas. You can remove this once inside the studio. Remember to wash your hands or use sanitising gel before entering the studio. Prior to the entering the studio, we provide pre-class temperature screenings.

Mat spaces will be marked out to help you stay physically distanced. Please bring your own mat and any props you wish to use, as we are unable to provide mats or props at present. We do have some mats and props on sale if needed.

Postnatal Yoga and Pilates classes: Please bring your own mat and a blanket or muslin for your baby to lie on. Due to space constrictions, we are unable to accommodate prams. Therefore, we would ask those attending postnatal classes to bring their babies to the studio in a sling.

Teachers will not be offering hands-on adjustments for the time being. Finally, we ask you keep personal belongings to a minimum.

Enrolment for online classes closes 60 minutes before the class start time, so book early to avoid disappointment. Please note, online class bookings are not valid on our in-studio classes.

When scheduling your class, you will receive a confirmation email which includes the Zoom meeting link for your class. Join the 'meeting' 5 minutes or so before your class is due to starts with your audio and video switched on so that the teacher can say hello. You can then go off and do other things or get settled before the class starts.


We  run our online classes using ZOOM. In order to join a class, download the latest version of Zoom. We recommend leaving plenty of time for this so as to avoid any last minute hitches before your class starts.

Mobile and tablet users can download the ZOOM app from The App Store or Google Play.

Please ensure your device is charged sufficiently for the duration of the class or workshop (60-75 minutes).
