COVID-19 UPDATE: LIVE-STREAMED ONLINE CLASSES COMING SOON
In light of developments in the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Yoga Mama Wellness has cancelled all classes at our studio in Putney in line with the emergency measures introduced by the UK government. We recognise the importance of remaining both physically and mentally active during this period of uncertainty. For which reason, we will be offering live-streamed classes allowing students to practice within the safety and comfort of their own homes, while interacting with fellow classmates. We would ask for your patience while we begin to put these classes into place. Many thanks for your support.
YOGA MAMA WELLNESS
Yoga Mama Wellness is a bright, sunny, private yoga studio located in the heart of Putney, south-west London. The studio offers a quiet space in which to practise yoga and Pilates. We are a dedicated team of teachers and therapists and work closely with our partners at The Putney Clinic of Physical Therapy. In order to maintain individual attention, we deliberately keep our classes small, with an average of 8 to 12 students per class. This also allows us to create a sense of community within the classroom.
