COVID-19 UPDATE: IN-STUDIO CLASSES TO RETURN FROM 17 MAY
We are pleased to announce that, in-line with UK Government and UK Active guidelines, we will be able to offer socially distanced group classes at our studio in Putney as from the week starting 17 May 2021. In addition, we will continue to offer online classes and workshops. We will keep you updated about any further changes to our studio policies as and when they occur. In the meantime, we would like to thank you for your continued support.
YOGA MAMA WELLNESS
Yoga Mama Wellness is a bright, sunny, private Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Fitness studio located in the heart of Putney, south-west London. Our studio offers a quiet space in which to practise Yoga and Pilates. We count on the experience of our team of dedicated and highly qualified teachers. In addition, we work closely with our colleagues at The Putney Clinic of Physical Therapy. Our ethos is to offer our students individual attention. For this reason, we deliberately keep our classes small, with an average of 6 to 12 students per class. By doing this, it allows us to create a sense of community within the classroom.
