CLASSES AT YOGA MAMA WELLNESS
We offer group classes and workshops at our studio in Putney. We have restricted class numbers and continue to take precautionary measures in order to protect both our students and teachers. As well as this, we will continue running online classes and workshops for those who prefer to practise from home. We will keep you informed about any further changes to our studio policies as and when they occur. In the meantime, we would like to thank you for your continued support.
YOGA MAMA WELLNESS
Yoga Mama Wellness is a bright, sunny, private Yoga and Pilates studio located in the heart of Putney, south-west London. Our studio offers a quiet space in which to practise Yoga and Pilates. We count on the experience of our team of dedicated and highly qualified teachers. In addition, we work closely with our colleagues at The Putney Clinic of Physical Therapy. Our ethos is to offer our students individual attention. For this reason, we deliberately keep our classes small, with an average of 6 to 12 students per class. By doing this, it allows us to create a sense of community within the classroom.
