MUM AND BABY YOGA
Mum and Baby Yoga is a great way to spend time with your baby in a relaxed environment. You can gain confidence in handling your baby, learn how to soothe colic, aid sleep, etc. Women can come back into their bodies and start to stretch out areas that may have become tight during pregnancy or when feeding their baby.
Learn how to soothe yourself and your baby by using rhythm and breathing techniques. Mum and Baby Yoga classes are also a great place to connect with other women who are going through the same experiences as you.
At present, we are currently not offering online group Mum and Baby Yoga classes. To register your interest in these classes, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
1:1 sessions are available upon request. If you would like to book a 1:1 Mum & Baby Yoga session, please call 07939 589 083.
When running, we offer single sessions and class passes for our online, in-studio and 1:1 Mum & Baby sessions. For single class and class pass prices, visit our Timetable and Prices page.
Please note that we are currently unable to take class bookings or accept cash payments at our reception. Therefore, students must make all bookings and payments via our online booking system. Enrolment closes 60 minutes before classes are due to commence, so we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment.

When you book your class, you will receive a confirmation email which includes the ZOOM meeting for your class. Join the 'meeting' 5 minutes or so before the class starts with your audio and video switched on so that the teacher can say hello. You can then go off and do other things or get settled before the class starts.
Our online classes are powered by ZOOM. In order to join a class, download the latest version of Zoom. We recommend leaving plenty of time for this so as to avoid any last minute hitches before your class starts.
Please ensure your device is charged sufficiently for the duration of the class (60 minutes).
ATTENDING THE STUDIO
We have reduced our in studio class capacity to 6 in order to allow correct (1m+) social distancing. We kindly request students follow the guidelines below.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled class and use a face covering in all communal areas. You can remove this once inside the studio. Remember to wash your hands or use sanitising gel before entering the studio. Prior to the entering the studio, we provide pre-class temperature screenings.
Mat spaces will be marked out to help you stay physically distanced. Please bring your own mat and a blanket or muslin for your baby to lie on. We do have some mats on sale if required.
Due to space constrictions, we request those attending postnatal classes to bring their babies to the studio in a sling as we cannot accommodate prams.
Teachers will not be offering hands-on adjustments for the time being. Finally, we ask you keep personal belongings to a minimum.
