MUM AND BABY YOGA
Postnatal Yoga classes where babies join in too
Next course starts: Tuesday 10 September, 11am
Mum and Baby Yoga is a great way to spend time with your baby in a relaxed environment. You can gain confidence in handling your baby, learn how to soothe colic, aid sleep, etc. Women can come back into their bodies and start to stretch out areas that may have become tight during pregnancy or when feeding their baby.
OUR MUM AND BABY YOGA CLASSES
Learn how to soothe yourself and your baby by using rhythm and breathing techniques. Our classes are also a great place to connect with other women who are going through the same experiences as you. The classes are for babies, from new-born up until they are mobile (rolling, crawling, etc...).
We currently offer Mum and Baby Yoga as short 4 or 5 week courses. These group classes are currently only available in our studio in Putney. 1:1 sessions are also available upon request.

ABOUT OUR COURSES
Once an advertised course starts, online booking closes, which means students will not be able to join. However, if there are any places available, we may open these up as drop-in spaces. Courses are valid for the duration of the advertised date. This means that any missed classes cannot be carried forward to future courses.
BOOKING A COURSE
Places on our in-studio group classes are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis. At present we are unable to take class bookings or accept cash payments at our reception. Therefore, students must make all bookings and payments via our online booking system. Enrolment closes 60 minutes before classes are due to commence, so we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment. Should you require any further information, please send an email to info@yogamama.co.uk or call Cherie Lathey on 07939 589 083.
