Postnatal Pilates classes are ideal for women looking to regain fitness after pregnancy and childbirth. There is a strong focus on working the core muscles that become weakened during pregnancy. These classes are suitable for women from six weeks after giving birth, or after their postpartum check-up. We strongly recommend against women participating in postnatal Pilates classes before this time.
POSTNATAL PILATES WITH YOGA MAMA WELLNESS
Yoga Mama Wellness specialises in Postnatal Pilates at our studio in Putney, south-west London. We keep our classes small deliberately, with an average of 8-12 students per class. This allows for individual attention and support from our team of highly qualified and experienced teachers, while also promoting a sense of community. Women are more than welcome to bring their babies along to the class, but please note that they do not participate in the class.
