Postnatal Pilates classes are ideal for women looking to regain fitness after pregnancy and childbirth. There is a strong focus on working the core muscles that become weakened during pregnancy. These classes are suitable for women from six weeks after giving birth, or after their postpartum check-up. We strongly recommend that women refrain from participating in Postnatal Pilates classes before this time.
Yoga Mama Wellness specialises in Postnatal Pilates at our studio in Putney, south-west London. We deliberately keep our classes small, with an average of 8-12 students per class. This allows for individual attention and support from our team of highly qualified and experienced teachers, while also promoting a sense of community.
Women are more than welcome to bring their babies along to the class. However, please note that they do not participate in the class.
In light of developments in the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we have cancelled all classes at our studio in Putney in line with the emergency measures introduced by the UK government. We will continue to offer group classes and 1:1 sessions online using Zoom, subject to sufficient numbers.

Single sessions cost £12.75 and class passes (bundles of 6 classes) cost £76.50. These are available to purchase via our online booking system. 1:1 sessions are also available.
