Many women find that Pilates helps some of the common ailments associated with pregnancy. Among the most common of these are back and pelvic pain. It is a safe and effective way to strengthen the core muscles, including the pelvic floor. The first trimester of pregnancy is a sensitive time as women adapt to their pregnancy. For this reason, we recommend that women attend Pregnancy Pilates classes in the second or third trimester of pregnancy.

This allows our team of highly qualified and experienced teachers to provide students with individual attention and support within the class, while also promoting a sense of community.
