WHAT IS YOGA FLOW AND TONE?
Yoga Flow is an energising, flowing, dynamic class, based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system of synchronising breath and movement. We Work on both strength and flexibility in what is often described as a moving meditation. By moving from posture to posture in a flowing grounded sequence, internal heat is created and stamina is enhanced. A tonic for both mind and body.
OUR YOGA FLOW AND TONE CLASSES
Our Yoga Flow classes are suitable for all levels; whether you are new to yoga or want to deepen and develop your knowledge and understanding of the practice. This class is a combination of different yoga techniques in which we look at posture and breath work. It is also suitable for women who have taken our Postnatal Yoga classes.

ABOUT OUR COURSES
Once an advertised course starts, online booking closes, which means students will not be able to join. However, if there are any places available, we may open these up as drop-in spaces. Courses are valid for the duration of the advertised date. This means that any missed classes cannot be carried forward to future courses.
BOOKING A COURSE
Our 5-week courses costs £90, with drop-in places available once the course has started. To book a Yoga Flow and Tone course, click here. Drop in spaces cost £19 and will become available nearer to the course start date. Private sessions are available in west and south-west London.
