WHAT IS YOGA FLOW?

Yoga Flow is an energising, flowing, dynamic class, based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system of synchronising breath and movement. We Work on both strength and flexibility in what is often described as a moving meditation. By moving from posture to posture in a flowing grounded sequence, internal heat is created and stamina is enhanced. A tonic for both mind and body.

OUR YOGA FLOW CLASSES

Our Yoga Flow classes are suitable for all levels; whether you are new to yoga or want to deepen and develop your knowledge and understanding of the practice. This class is a combination of different yoga techniques in which we look at posture and breath work. We currently offer 1:1 Yoga Flow classes. In addition, we also run group Yoga Flow and Tone courses at our studio in Putney.

FIND A CLASS

At present, we are not running any group Yoga Flow classes. However, 1:1 sessions are available both at our studio and online (see information below). BOOKING A CLASS

At present we are unable to take class bookings or accept cash payments at our reception. Therefore, students must make all bookings and payments via our online booking system. Enrolment closes 60 minutes before classes are due to commence, so we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment. CLASS PASSES

Yoga Mama Wellness operates a class pass system, with passes available for 1, 5 and 10 classes. Visit the Class Passes page on our booking system for more information about the types of passes available and prices.

1:1 SESSIONS

We currently offer online and in-studio 1:1 Yoga Flow sessions. These are unavailable to book online. So, if you would like to book a session, please send an email to info@yogamama.co.uk or call 07939 589 083. To consult our 1:1 fees sessions and discounted block bookings, click here.

ATTENDING ONLINE

Enrolment for online classes closes 60 minutes before the class start time, so book early to avoid disappointment. Please note, online class bookings are not valid on our in-studio classes.

When scheduling your class, you will receive a confirmation email which includes the Zoom meeting link for your class. Join the 'meeting' 5 minutes or so before your class is due to starts with your audio and video switched on so that the teacher can say hello. You can then go off and do other things or get settled before the class starts.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

We  run our online classes using ZOOM. In order to join a class, download the latest version of Zoom. We recommend leaving plenty of time for this so as to avoid any last minute hitches before your class starts.

Mobile and tablet users can download the ZOOM app from The App Store or Google Play.

Please ensure your device is charged sufficiently for the duration of the class (60 minutes).
