YIN AND YOGA NIDRA
Next workshop: To be announced
Our monthly slow and meditative Yin and Yoga Nidra workshops fuse yin, restorative and yoga nidra practices. They offer a quiet space to slow down and unwind. This deeply relaxing 90-minute class will incorporate long hold yin stretches, breathing, and a guided meditation (yoga nidra) to nourish both the mind and body. This combination can be an excellent way to combat the stress of modern living.
Yoga nidra is often described as "yogic sleep, where you are awake and aware, but become deeply relaxed. The benefits can include improved sleep, memory and creativity.
